Bronchial asthma (BA), causes, symptoms

Bronchial asthma (BA), causes, symptoms

Bronchial asthma (BA)It is an inflammatory disease of the respiratory tract, which can be caused by various factors and manifested by bronchospasm (suffocation).

This disease is the most common among chronic diseases in children, as well as a frequent cause of hospitalizations. In recent years, the incidence of AD has not only not decreased, but has been steadily increasing in all countries of the world.

Bronchial asthma can be caused by various causes, but it is known that the main mechanism is the interaction of genes and the environment. To date, more than 100 genes of susceptibility to asthma have been identified, which indicates a hereditary predisposition to this disease.

The cause of BA is most often an allergy. An organism with increased susceptibility to any allergen (substance) has a high risk of developing this disease.
There is also aspirin BA (caused by taking aspirin and developing a reaction to it) and exercise asthma (lack of exercise tolerance).

Symptoms of asthma occur upon contact with an allergen and are manifested by shortness of breath (an attack of bronchial obstruction), dry cough, wheezing may occur. Also characterized by a feeling of fear, lack of air, increased pulse.
In the absence of proper therapy, these processes can also occur with sharp contact with cold air, strong emotional experience, in response to pungent odors, as well as with physical exertion.

For the diagnosis of BA, the following are used:
  • a detailed medical history collected by the doctor (what provokes seizures; at what time of day they occur; what chronic diseases do you have, etc.)
  • lung function studies (spirometry, provocative tests). Allergological tests and chest X-rays can also be carried out.
The following methods are used for the control and therapy of the disease:
  • getting rid of triggers (feather pillows are replaced with synthetic ones, frequent wet cleaning of the house, rejection of soft toys, upholstered furniture, carpets, pets, etc.)
  • drug therapy (bronchodilators, glucocorticosteroids, etc.)
  • bronchial thermoplastics (reduction of smooth muscle volume in the respiratory tract by thermal radiation).
Since immunity plays a huge role in the fight against allergies, and asthma is most often caused by this trigger, to improve the own microflora of all mucous membranes (including in the respiratory tract) and improve the state of immunity, you can add the "DAIGO" metabiotic to therapy.

Also, the immune system is closely related to the work of the intestine, on the condition of which taking DAIGO will have a huge effect.

The metabiotic will help to maintain a good condition during remission and weaken the manifestations of exacerbation.
