Refund policy

What is the 30-day money-back guarantee and refund policy?
You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your first order* if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will refund you the full cost of the product minus shipping costs (both ways), VAT, and duties.

Refunds apply only to your first order, not to subsequent shipments.

Products eligible for the 30-day Risk-Free program:

• Daigo Metabiotic 5ml (under this program only 1 unit can be refunded)

• Daigo Lux Shampoo (under this program only 1 unit can be refunded)

• Daigo Dent toothpaste (under this program only 1 unit can be refunded)

 

Standard Conditions:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: sealed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at order@daigoworld.com.

Please note that returns must be sent to our global logistics center in the UAE (the customer must arrange and pay for shipping to our logistics center).

We will refund you the full cost of the product minus shipping costs, VAT, and duties.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You must submit a claim for damage or defect within 3 days of receipt.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products (such as personalized items or special orders), as well as personal care items (such as hairbrushes).
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items, bundles, or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

 

European Union 14-day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: sealed or unused, and in its original packaging.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
